TAGS MOVEMENT, HOPE RESILIENCE BALANCE

journey, a word imbued with deep meaning and the title of many experiences on a physical, mental and spiritual level, indeed in every walk of life it is an overarching word indicating movement, its complexity virtually unending and whilst it has meaning at various depths and levels for all human beings, it has personal meaning and experience for individuals and groups.

It seems a good time, as new year is about to dawn, to reflect on the past and look into the future with hope and anticipation, but to do so we need to summon up our courage and resilience especially when we have been struggling with traumatic experiences. The new year encapsulates movement towards new life as we consider the coming of spring.

It is interesting that , increasingly, since the pandemic subsequent economic crisis and the very real sense of climate change taking hold even the plants come up early as though reaching for spring in a struggle for survival in a harsh and unstable environment.

I woke up yesterday thinking about new year and the hope that it can bring with an opportunity to set aside the past hurts and pain, and although they may scar us they also provide an opportunity for growth and development. Hurtful experiences contain meaning and the potential for new purpose and healing.

Why not begin the new year with positivity seeking to connect the aspects of self engage hope and balance within us and outward towards our environment.

I hope to discuss working towards a constructive balance with internal and external worlds as we experience them looking at finding new meaning and joy and being able to access this in bad and good times.

The thing is that we live in the dark and need a personal light to navigate the future.

LETS EXAMINE THIS TOGETHER HAPPY NEW YEAR.
